The "Add to Cart" Link on each item connects you to our Paypal Shopping Interface which permits secure credit card processing of your order. The account for this product is set-up through our "Just Local Stuff" business and that's the name that will appear on your order/receipt.

We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be shipped to United States and Canadian addresses via USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

International Shipping will be determined based on the order and the individual country's shipping policies. We will provide this information via email prior to shipping and subject to your approval of the costs.

Damaged Items are a fact of life, but if your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all the paperwork and email us at orders@freshnesscounts.com or call us 1-508-744-4155 so we can determine the best course of action.

RETURN POLICY

All items are 100% guaranteed, and may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs) or replacement at no charge if returned within 30 days of your receipt. Please call or email us prior to making a return. If an item should break, please return it and it will be replaced at no additional charge.
